Just wondering if any of you had any suggestions on books that would be good to read up on. Looking mostly for editing basics, figure its about time to learn how to do post op stuffs. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

What kind of editing would you like to learn? Books become outdated by the time they're released :)

Uh, I dunno. Basics. Corrections. Cross processing. Black and white conversions. Anything and everything I should pick up on really.

Purchase a student version of LR3. Complicated B+W conversions, imo, are easiest through there.
Although it is a year behind (updates are too quick), Michael Freeman's 'mastering black and white digital photography' is great and inexpensive.

Freeman's 'the photographer's eye' is an incredible resource too.

I think the internet is a much bigger and more versatile resource for such kind of things than books. just google what you want to learn, might also wanna check out some youtube vids.
