inb4Omar.

Canon Nikon mount adapter. Nikon 14-24mm f/2.8. Can't go wrong.

And to be serious. Of course 50mm primes are worth it. Primes > Zooms, any day.

1.4 Hands down. Canon's 1.8 has issues.

What issues does it have?
I got one for Christmas, everyone in the forum said it was a good buy :(
Should I take it back?

No lol. He's just bad because Nikon is inferior to Canon. They haven't come up with anything that is > the 5d MK II's price range.

My 1.8 is sharp wide open, but some copies aren't. Canon's 1.4 is a better lens of course, but you can't beat the value of the 1.8.

Some things you may not like about the 1.8 are build quality, AF noise/speed, AF/MF switch, MF ring. Personally I really like my 1.8, but if you don't mind spending extra get the 1.4. I may get a 1.4 down the road a bit but the 1.8 fits my needs right now.
