7/10. Here's why:

This photo would have been better as a landscape.there is nothing interesting on the bottom or at the top. Try cropping?

I like the flash usage, and only the shadows at the flowers on the right are off. Good job.
The expression on the little boy is great. You captured an awesome moment.
I'd remove a little bit of yellow on your PP, but that's just my taste. Or add red to go into more sepia-ish.

The post processed tone looks like vomit.
Don't do sepia. It's gross. B&W this shit and it'll be fresh.

I think the shot is just fine but cropped as this serves to focus the attention of the viewer more on the main focus of the photo which is the two kids looking out the window.

As for your post processing. Sepia is alright but I prefer my sepia with a healthy dose of sand. Otherwise it looks a little too much like modern digital sepia which to me don't look pretty.

The sepia with some added imperfections does keep with the theme of vintage christmas feeling which may or may not be what you were looking for but which I as a viewer thought of.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sepia

Sepia (color) - a dark brown-grey color
Sepia is a dark brown-grey color or hue, named after the rich brown pigment derived from the ink sac of the common cuttlefish Sepia.
The word sepia is the Latinized form of the Greek σηπία, sēpía, cuttlefish.

Obviously they're not "true" sepia, but post processed sepia is pretty obvious..
You're saying these photos don't have a brownish hue to them?
