There are several types of AF Area Selections(like 3 or so).
Which ones do you use and for what do you use them?

i use single area focus and shift the focus point around depending on what i am shooting

single point, sometimes with assist points if its low light and the assist points cant focus on something that i dont want them to. one shot focus about 99% times and really rarely with ai-servo
