To make an unleveled picture, leveled?

This is my big problem...
And taking pictures with big gloves on isn't helping my case...
Can I fix this with PS?

Not sure of the words to use...
THe horizon is most often leaning to the right, like it's not horizontal and it is enough that I notice it and it bothers me...

Image Menu / Image Rotation / Arbitrary

Here you can choose between CW and CCW (meaning clockwise and counter clockwise). Usually 1-2 degrees is ok.

yes you can ... but you will end up slightly cropping it by the amount you need to level it.

THIS

why that because you need to crop it anyways later because of the edges it gets? also you can use thirds grid on crop tool to check the horizon, so you dont have to rotate it multiple times to get the right amount of rotation
