My good friend has taken a few pictures and is just looking for some replys and tips on how they look and possible improvements, so feel free to leave your opinions!

these were taken with a nikon d3000, with just the 25-55mm lens, she plans on getting other lenses in the future.

tip on pic 2:

hold your camera straight when taking pics, or fix afterwords in photoshop.

tip on pic 3:

when doing macro decide what's the main topic of the picture and make sure that the topic is focused on.

for example right now I think the glass is the main topic but I'm not sure since only 1 side is sharp.

boring pictures
second is nice but i think it's the scenery, not the picture itself, that makes the picture nice
i don't like the blurry blue circle framing the shells
first picture is ... too plain and that bright reflection is bothering me a bit

#2, it would be sexy if it was a high res panorama

#3, i couldn't tell it was a jar opening til i read the title ;]

not sure about #1

dont like the framing / angel on #1
#2 is pretty but needs something to hold my attention
i actually like the thought behind #3, its is however a very personal shot, think it would be better with the stone removed, a few more shells and only 1 in perfect focus
