It's hard to tell how things are going to turn out in this situation of mine.

I plan on printing a bunch of photos on a fleece blanket that wal-mart is offering customers. It's a Christmas gift.

Do you think it's worthwhile to bother editing this photo? Taking out the noise from the scanner, etc?

Would like to hear what others think. Weird questions, I know.

Not worth it imo. I mean you could very easily and quickly use the heal brush in PS and clean up a couple of those white specs toward the bottom overlaying the clothes, but it's probably not necessary. The resolution of the blanket will not be GREAT.

Not worth it. The blanket will create more "Noise" than that, so it wont be noticed.

This photo has lovely wb and skin tones. I'd whiten teeth though.
