In my opinion it is not the death of full frames of course, but for normal photographers it is more than enough. And with DX sensors you can use cheaper lenses.

Discuss!

Ken Rockwell...

This. LOL biased ftw. Wonder how much he got paid :D

All Nikons had their Picture Controls amped-out as I usually shoot them: VIVID and +3 saturation, and Sharpening at 6
vs The Canon 5D Mark II was left at standard sharpening (which is a lesser equivalent of 6 vs these Nikons)
Then he says: the 5D Mark II is still the softest camera here as set. after saying :" The Canon 5D Mark II looks softer, but that's because I didn't have its sharpening amped-up as I did in all the Nikons"

Well no shit.

Then: (5d MK II) its noise reduction turned to OFF, since it is overactive and dulls details , which would've clearly kicked the shit out of the D7000 because it's actually a very efficient system. If you make = +sharpening and keep the in-camera NR on, it is > the works of the D3.

Bad control system. He must have failed his elementary school science projects :D

His bias is funny though, as are all the contradictory statements made across articles.

But Nikon is still better than Canon, obv.

This competition is annoying me, there is a topic for that.

There is no winner, no better, only preferences.

Ken Rockwell is the first test I found, not the law, but can be a good topic for discussing if the new small sensors start performing like the big ones.

Actually, there is a winner, hence why you see a lot of pros switching brands when better cameras come out.

Great, a new DX sensor is catching up to a sensor from a camera that was released 3 years ago...

Yeah, white lenses are always the most wanted :D

Ok, but it costs half price so for me that I am looking for a new camera it is good to consider all. I see you are not very fun, have you sited on a cactus?
