90% sure it's Italy. The other is London.

Pretty nice. If #2 had a little more sky in it I would love it really! :)

Thing is though, I think it's never a good idea to mix coloured and black and white photos in one shoot or photo report or how to call it. It doesn't really make the black/white effect convincing.

Thanks! It's Cinque Terre, Italy.

Yeah, It felt a little weird to me too but I wasn't sure how to do it.

About the sky thing, that's why I want to upgrade to the 5dmd2 :P

Sometimes not even 17mm is wide enough on a FF :p
and the Canon ultra wide lenses are not really that great :(
but luckily there are a lot of lenses you can choose from.
Then of course you will need some filters for your lens too.

Really like shot #1. You've captured St Pauls and the Millenium Bridge really nicely, and there's a nice range of tone in the image, even if it is blown out in places.

Thanks. I actually noticed the blown out spots before and went back and added more recovery, but I didn't like the results as much. It seemed to make my picture a little more dull but perhaps I'm doing it wrong haha. I'm not too certain how to post process well and usually just do it until it pleases me.
