I just have to say about the last one, the eye really stands out due to the differences in the color, and when you have the eye in the frame, but not in focus it distracts from what really is in focus.

Cute bunny :)
I like the first one because the huge adorable Bambi eye :D
the background is a bit boring and the lighting isnt that great either.
Maybe you could take it outside and take some pics on a nice day.
As for lens you probably should try to get a faster lens than your
17-70 f2.8-4 like Sigma 50 f1.4 or 30mm f1.4.

Blue & Yellow sir..

Np. Cool pics by the way, 1 & 3 are nice. 2 lacks a little depth to me.

Technically speaking, you usually will want to focus on the eyes. In #3 the nose is in focus, but not the eyes. I would probably close down the aperture on that shot to get a larger DOF, but if you want the low DOF look, the eyes need to be in focus (for portraits in general, not just animals)

3 is my favorite anyway though because I think it has the best composition. Retake it with the eye focused and I think you'll like the result.

You really don't always need to focus on the eyes, especially when there is something to see on the nose, like the hairs. Not sure if he intended that in this picture though.

The 3rd one is gorgeous :). Really cute bunny.

The first one is very nice too.
The second one can't quite keep up with the other 2.
