no i cannot, but judging from what kratos said its the exposure time that effects the waters look? so is it the higher the number the more...silky or w/e it will look? and the lower the time the more it will look like the real water what you see?
i thought it was the metering mode : matrix xD sounds cool
e : what other editing did you do to the photo? it looks like it has an orangey overall look too it ?
