I'm surprised to be the first to comment here, because the photos are actually pretty good, at least the moments you chose and the composition. If only you had a better camera .. :(

These would've been pretty cool if they were sharp!

I really like the 2nd one. And like Seabas said, with you had a better camera because that would have been a great shot.

How do you guys know what camera he's using? I don't see any text and the EXIF isn't intact.. for all we know it could be a rebel.

True. I was thinking along the lines of if he had a better camera it would capture the moving object better..? The reason I said that is usually when I do take pics with my phone for example it does not capture moving objects as good as a professional camera would. Not sure if that's the wrong train of thought, but it's how I saw it.

Well obviously they're not sharp. So that brings the possible problems down to: bad camera, lense, or settings. But people don't walk their dog at night usually. Well at least they don't try to take pictures of their dogs at night which would explain a slow shutter speed. So I assumed it was the camera, because a decent camera would have taken a sharp picture even in Auto-mode. But apparently something went wrong with the settings or his lense.
