I can't quite put my finger on it, but his photography seems... fake?
Can anyone tell me what they think it is? Over topaz'd, tonal contrast, or maybe I'm just retarded?

Seemed like toned down HDR to me, but I read over the comments and one caught my eye, he said something about tonal contrast.

Looked it up, seems like its what he uses:
