im looking for something with a really high quality picture and water proof

i plan to take pictures with it and include them in graphic artwork

i cant afford to spend a lot of money, anything you would recommend?

and whats a good website to buy the cameras? newegg?

you do know that cameras like this costs really much and you need a lens with weather seals on it and those cost hella lot also?

No, I don't know much about cameras at all actually.

I looked at the guides on this forum but they weren't exactly helpful without any background knowledge at all to start off.

I suppose these aren't what I'm looking for?

What types of graphic artwork?

To be honest with you.. point and shoot and the phase really high quality pictures don't quite fit in the same sentence unless you're talking about a Leica M9 etc.

What's the budget you're working with? Getting anything waterproof will limit your choices by.. well.. a lot. Does it have to be waterproof? What types of pictures are you trying to take?

well, it doesnt have to be water proof, just a preference.
im trying to make anything that inspires me really.
budget... not really sure tbh, no more than 300 definately, but 150-200 is what im hoping to get.

with that budget you can forget about the good image quality and dont even dream about having weather proofs also. i think the best you can get for that price is canon 350d(rebel xt in usa) with kit lens, used.

The stock images used in graphic design are usually taken with very professional camera's and lenses that cost thousands of dollars..

Just saying not to expect the same kind of results you are used to seeing in stock images of models or anything.
