I know, I just don't know to use it lol.
I've read the manual when I got it a year and a half ago, but it was kinda confusing to me.
So pretty much I just change the iso, because I'm stupid when it comes to the rest.
That and I don't know how to use Photoshop at all, don't even know where to begin.
Even if I did, I'd only want to make very minor adjustments, though.
I'd rather be able to take a nice picture with the camera and fix minor things, rather than take a decent picture with the camera and Photoshop everything in it.
Can't do either atm though

Heres a good breakdown of the controls.
http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/canoneos450d/page7.asp Play with them, experiment with them. I did the same when i first brought the 450D as my first DSLR. I had tons of fun with it and it taught me alot.
Also try reading some tutorials.
This site is full of excellents tuts-
http://digital-photography-school.com/Plus, you don't need photoshop to make photographs. It's all in you and the camera. I don't use photoshop nor do i feel the need to, i use Lightroom.. and i only do make minor adjustments to correct flaws or things i overlooked. I try not to do any post-processing and get it done right with the camera. Knowing photoshop doesn't make you a good/ better photographer. Practice with the camera does.
