very nice
the second fly and the first bee one are my favs
what lens?
I like the first one better as its better focus on the wings. A wider aperture on the second would have helped but i was too slow that close

i used a 90mm prime tamrom 1:1 which is really a portrait lens :D. so i had to get Really close to the fly. i was sitting down camping the yellow flower and the fly flew and landed just next to me and it was there for about 2 mins i have LOADS of photos further away i just kept creeping nearer and nearer. I'm saving for a 150mm sigma prime macro with a 1.4 or 2x teleconverter so i don't need to get so close next time.
i was so shocked that the fly didnt move. he flew away and landed behind me and i got the shots from different angles.
Looking at these full frame are really cool.
i spent hours waiting for bugs i put fruit all around me and loads of wet sugar!
not one wasp or bee, the yellow flower bug looks like a bee only it was tiny tiny tiny like a flying ant and because of my lens i couldn't get any closer without it flying off.
90mm for macro is just Lol
