What's the topic? I personally like #1 because the subject is more defined. Pic 2 just seems to have too much going on.. but then again it depends on the assignment topic.

P.S- #1 is a little cliche don't you think?

I think I'll go with the first picture. The second one is nice but nothing really meaningful in that picture. The first one is slightly more interesting, but only slightly so. Both pictures are rather bland and gray.

Showed me teacher my pictures and she picked this one.. O_o

Oh yes that third one is definitely better than both of these two pictures you posted earlier. It has something interesting for you to focus on. It brings life to the picture. The first whitewater picture you posted is boring and has nothing interesting to look at. The first picture is rather bland. But this one isn't, and it is a good picture. I like it.
