Well, I finally received my Mamiya RB67 last night and I've barely been able to keep my hands off of it.

I've been screwing around and figuring out everything about it I can, I can now disassemble the entire camera down to the base components.

A few things..

Good lord this beast is heavy, about 7 pounds.
Grrr.. I double-exposed a photograph.
GRRRR... I did it again.
Now my arm is killing me.

The seller was extremely nice and sent along a Weston Master II exposure meter, that bit wasn't too hard to get used to using.

I have one question so far. The seller recommended that I triple expose, I would assume he meant take a photograph with the recommended shutter speed and then two more photographs with one step lower and one step higher. Right?

If anyone else has any information that would be helpful to me I would really appreciate it if you could fill me in. :D

Here it is, everything seems to be working great, the bellows seem to have no wholes in them and overall aside from a few nicks and the focusing screen being extremely dirty when it arrived it is in great shape.

Nice. Could crack some skulls with that monster.

Do the bellows act as a tilt shift lens?

Sadly, no. I wasn't aware that your average medium format would do that? I thought it was mostly just on large formats and tilt-shift lenses.

Your average one doesn't. Have to buy a whole different body for 'blads (though it looks awesome).

Not mine, I don't own one, just a cool photo.

The flexible part is the body, I believe with the flexbody you need to mount the viewfinder first, then remove it and mount the back. Could be wrong. The only photos I can find online either have a viewfinder, or a film back attached, never both.

You could also use just a digital back, assuming that medium format digital backs have a live view.
