i forgot all my terminology when it comes to photography.

this is what's considered long shutter speed right?

What's the EXIF data?

I don't think this is yet b/c it's really hard to keep the human subject sharp in long exposure shots.
Seems more like a saturated shot with some burning and dodging done in post.

something like this is more of a slow shutter speed. used to show motion etc instead of capturing the very instant of the picture
