Hi all ^^ Ive been photographing with point and shoots for a really long time, and Ive always been dying to get a nicer camera so I could pursue photography seriously. Recently I got a Nikon D5000, as well as an extra 55-200mm nikkor lens. Ive already gotten some good input from Rookie on a few shots, but Id like to know what others have to say. Tips, cnc, equipment I should look into getting, anything is appreciated. These were taken at a park/marina in Maryland, it was my first time shooting outside.http://i43.tinypic.com/55o19t.jpg
This little guy had the most vivid blue tail, unfortunately his whole body would never focus, just his face.
