These shots are not the Highest of quality due to the distance i had to take them from(I was on the club level on the opposite side of the stadium) yet i think some turned out really cool. next year im going to get alot closer to the action and get a much closer seat.

You have some nice shots there mate. What lens were you shooting with?

That last one is fantastic. The bucking bull, the two clowns just standing and the facial features of the crowd are great compliments to the shot. It is such a shame that the lighting is poor and you were so far away :/

Haha these are quite interesting! Nice timing on your part. I am curious as to what you used to capture these. Some of them look maybe too dark or slightly blurry?

This kind of event gives me great ideas.... instead of shooting at the action of the bulls etc, take some shots at the audience for their fantastic expressions! My imagination goes wild when I think of that.

Im using an Olympus e500 with an olympus digital 40-150mm zoom
The blurriness and lighting could be due to the fact of my inexperience of photography
any suggestions on the settings i was trying everything from a 1/100 shutter to a 1/300 and thought 1/250 looked the best.

What do you point your dial to when you use your camera? Auto/P/A/S/M?

If it looked fine @ 1/250th it sounds like it was hitting the maximum aperture available on Shutter Priority, that's why 1/300th might of looked off.

If you were to go back, set your ISO speed to at least 400 then set a shutter speed of at least 1/300th and see how that goes.
