It's much easier to view them when posted in this format here. A lot of people don't like to click on links, including me. It's a time saver. Also, that being said, if you are going to post them like I have here, I'd suggest resizing them to better fit everyone's monitor :)

1st is nice caught but it is WAAAY too cold (blueish colors)
same goes for 2nd
3rd
4th is kind of nice, but maybe you should try a different perspective, like from the front
or slightly from below
I like the last one the most :)

White balance. :)
You can adjust it in almost every photomanipulation programs.

Yes. White balance adjustments can be done in pretty much any. BUT you should be adjusting the white balance on your camera according to what you are shooting, when you are shooting. Be sure to read you manual and know how to change your settings. Having the right settings to begin with will save you from having to make those adjustments in post op.

Well. The D40, can shoot RAW, so postprocessing the WB can be okay to use! :D

Yes, lol. I wasn't trying to say that would be wrong to do. I was just simply saying that if you change the setting on camera when shooting it will save you from having to do that in post op. :D
