Hey Photo forum :hello:

I can honestly say I have not taken any photos for a couple of months now. It's crappy! Just no inspiration or desire or motivation at all towards photography at the time. I have, however, got the motivation to take some of my nephew ! He was born today on Valentines Day!

The pictures probably can be way better, tell me how! The composition isn't the best, I just took them mainly for my brother so he can have them to keep :). Enjoy! And happy valentines day!

I've been feeling the same way. It's mostly because of the snow and cold, in my case anyway. I can't find anything interesting in the snow to take pictures of in my yard and I don't have my drivers license yet so I'm not driving anywhere yet.

Even having your drivers license doesn't help all that much, depending on where you want to go. I found myself, last year in the summer, bike riding or walking because parking is horrible for trying to get pictures in the right spot. Parking is limited, and parking anywhere out of the usual can be dangerous! So I'd rather bike ride or walk, lol. That's why I want a truck - take my bike with me, and drive to the closest spot :(

Anyway, lol, the cold definitely doesn't want me to come outside, only for a game of hockey and that's about it.

I know how you feel lol I haven't taken many photos at all since December last year and the few I took kinda sucked lol. It's especially depressing for me because I just invested lots of money on two good lenses :(

and yes, walking or biking around with a camera is much better than driving because you can stop whenever you want when you see something that attracts your attention. I am sure I wouldn't have been able to get any of those more decent shots of mine if I wasn't just walking around the city during the summer lol

Anyway, congratulations! now you are an aunt do you feel like you are old? :D jk
haha and I hope your brother is more uh mature and less goofy now that he is a dad and all :D

Now that was a very nice timing.
The parents must be very proud and so is aunty :D


Same problem here, i dont have much inspiration and creativity left these days, but i hope it will come back during spring or summer.

Hehe thanks! The parents are very proud, in fact, they baby sat him for the very first time yesterday! :lol: I am looking forward to watching him grow!

Yeah I am hoping too that I can get some inspiration in the summer... it's when I actually feel like going outside :lol:
