Most likely this isn't news to you guys, but for me this is groundbreaking, I think this makes a much better and more reliable result then gradient map/color balance :)
What I did was gradient map/grayscale/duotone :)
And ofc I did this on some of my shots I wasn't so keen of before, but I think they manage quite good as sepia :)

Last picture looks very nice. Great use of negative space.

Wow, the first shot is absolutely amazing! The composition is excellent. I love how you included the fume stacks on the right. Simply brilliant!! :)

I have some critiques on the third shot if you don't mind. The shadows are very dark (lost detail, not sure if it's intentional). But the lens flare killed it :(

I love criticism, thank you :)
I do agree, however, I don't usually edit my photos more then fixing colors temperature etc, but this flare could easily be fixed, the details is nothing I feel I could do better without making a hdr :)

Anyway, thanks a lot for your input!

hmm it looks to me as if there still are some of the original colours coming through the sepia. looks pretty nice though :)

Oh, really? I did a gradient map though, which made it full greyscale. So that's not possible really, unless the original color fits into the sepia scheme :P
