Started collecting them from May and on..
Before that, I didn't really commit to photography, and had no idea of the functions on my camera...
I have nothing tracked before May as all my shots on Flickrs are post May 2009.
I have pictures taken previously, but they are on lap top and unavailable atm...
My favorite subjects are insects and spiders, but I tried to contain myself here in this post

May -
Discovered the macro function on my little pont and shoot and went outside to practice on tulips!!

June -
Kiss me, I'm a prince!
My first experience with selective coloring!

July -
Butterfly taking cover from the rain...

August -
Couldn,t decide myself between those 2...
My ah! so cool! grasshopper shot!!

And my best water drop I think..

September -
Equilibrium by a garden spider..

October -
I love the fall colors....

November -
First kitten photo shoot, 5 weeks old..

December -
Frost above the River, as the air temperature is colder than the water temperature...
It was about -20 Celcius that morning..
Played with GIMP a little bit, added the oil painting witha minimal touch, then the clothing finish.

beautiful as always Marie ^_^
I really like your autumn picture of the body of water, its very tranquil and peaceful. The composition draws my eyes to the right of the shot where there is plenty of clarity and vibrancy.
Your macros are always very well done! lots of detail too!

do you have any photography goals for this year?

I shouldn't even have to comment on your macro shots Marie. They speak for themselves, they are great. The grasshopper and the water drop are easily my favorites. Keep up the shooting, excited to see what you'll be able to do once you get your dslr!

Well, My goals.....
I would love to have a real camera and explore photography with it, and not feel limited by technology (or lack of..).
I saw in a Costco you can have a book made with your pictures and whatever description you put..
I want to find more spiders and insects and make an informative book for my kids..
You know, like spiders have 8 eyes and blah blah ..
Spiders make a web that way.... they eat this...
Lots of research for the information, and I need a lot more pictures!!!
But I have a passion for bugs... should be fun :)

Fortunately i had the luck to see and enjoy
all of them already in the previous weeks and months.

But its a pleasure each time to look at them again
and witness from the very beginning how good you got with your passion throughout the time!

Keep on following your dreams Marie :)
