It's 2010.

A new year, a fresh start.

What are your goals for this year as a photographer? What would you like to Be, Do and Have as a photographer by the year's end?

______

For me, it's to ramp up work in my photography business. I currently do portrait work for money. I think I'd like to transition more into corporate stuff ... in fact just yesterday I did a group portrait for a local health food store. I only started really operating as a business toward the latter part of last year so I can see this going forward profitably. In terms of having, I don't need much but have my eyes firmly on the 35-100f2 lens made by Oly (70-200f2 Equiv) ... it's supposed to be THE IDEAL for a portrait lens blowing away any other lens in the Oly lineup (and possibly others). It's here: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/404517-REG/Olympus_261012_35_100mm_f_2_0_ED_Zuiko.html

I'd like to hear from you guys on your plans.

I want to have a good amount of different lenses, filters and other items for my camera. I want to do more portrait photography, maybe some serious paid jobs would be cool. I want to make an album of my best shots in 2010. so by the end of the year I want to hold a thick album with awesome shots in my hands. furthermore I want to keep experimenting with different styles and techniques like for example Night shooting and light graffiti / painting. Will need to buy a set of led´s and flashlights and stuff. Oh and I want to find a muse :D

That´s about it.

Let's see.
Firstly, I'm looking forward to (hopefully) get my drivers license, so I can drive somewhere else, because - at the moment - I always shoot the same places which gets boring and uniformed.
Secondly, get enough shots to be satisfied with, so I can make my own picture-book to show off to friends and - perhaps even - clients.
Thirdly, take some pictures in foreign countries/cultures. It's quite lucky, as I'm going to London in April and to The States in the summerbreak with my family!
Quarterly, to carry my camera more often, as I (I bet everyone does) hate to miss a perfect shot, because the camera is at home.
Fifthly, when I'm in The States I will probably buy a 50mm (F1.8) objective. Their so darn expensive here in Denmark (Like 2x).

Hope you all had a great evening last night!

I would like to be an amateur who does photography for fun.

I would like to do: photos of the natures of the world.

And I would like to have a zoom lens in the near future (saving money atm!)

Other than that, I don't really know what else I would like in the photography fun!
