ok, can i use a normal HP printer/scanner to scan negatives from a 35mm film reel, im making a pinhole camera and was wondering if that would work so i could do it that way and not have to take it to a specialty store

Yea, if you can scan 35mm film, and you're using 35mm film in your pinhole camera, you should be fine.

imo you need apecial scanner so that the light shines through the film and not on it - but i am not shure
