Well I spent the whole afternoon AND evening at that fair and went to a dog show, ate a bunch of junk food, went to a redneck concert and a lot more lol. I took about 180 pictures in total but I am really tired right now and I will have to work tomorrow
so I'll just upload all the pictures I took of animals, small and large.
1. Long lines to the rides
2. There was this huge tent full of butterflies and strangely they were not scared of humans at all and would land on you if you stand still
3. This one was hard to take because this guy landed on my left arm
4. This woman almost freaked out when a butterfly landed on her head lol.

7. The Regina humane society was there too. I am sure this kitty will find a new home soon because he/she is sooooooooooooooooo cute!!!
8. Black cats are pain in the butt to take pictures of as you can see here but they could also be the cutest and smartest cats you've ever seen
9. Grandma and her big "gun"
10. ...and the dog show. That was also when I got frustrated by my walk around lens course even by using ISO 3200 most of those pictures were a bit underexposed and had to be enhanced in Photoshop BUT I didn't use any kind of PS noise reduction.

13. I was surprised to see so many fat people at the dog show. I mean if I have a dog like those I would be out running with it all day and share my food and snacks with it ^^

15. More cats in cages

If you're shooting at 3200 ISO, you can try to saturate the pictures more in PS ... it makes noise less noticeable.
Also, bump up the clarity a bit.

Thanks for the advice
Here are a few more I took earlier...
I MAY will post more later on since so far I took around 500 pics at the fair and I am going back there tomorrow lol.
1. That is one phat chef ^^
2. Thanks to the CP filter I was able to use low shutter speeds even in broad daylight.
3. I
Collies! Sharpened and over-saturated. After seeing the limitations of my current walk around lens I think I really have to try to save for a EF 70-200 f/2.8L IS lens...

Yeah lol. I kinda got there really late on Friday because I had to work so I only managed to take some long exposure shots of the lights.
EDIT:
I've uploaded more photos taken at the fair on Flickr:
