My first pieces after 3.5 year brake. Im pretty happy with these, but i wish i made them bit bigger, so that details wouldnt cover so much of the letters and i should have made the background colors other way around, but we ment to do background with my mate who painted next to these, but there wasnt enough gray paint for that..

Oh wow you painted that? That is awesome. I enjoy looking at graffiti it is so neat. I have to laugh at the first picture what in the world was she doing? (assuming she's a femaile)

haha no offensise but that piece is fuckin wack i fuckin hate toys. learn graffiti the correct way and stop tryin to be the fuckin dope wildstylz writer mang! just go pay ur fuckin dues and learn from some real writers. ur can control looks aigh but the letter structure, fill, and gay ass bubble letter all scream "im a fuckin toy ass bitch i like to paint legal walls i built in my backyardand post it on the internet ffor e-props".

After 3.5 years brake its not that easy to make letters that size exactly the way i wanted them. learn what bubble letters mean. This is my first time painting legal and i wanted to go paint that wall because its the first legal wall in helsinki and it opened quite resently, its not my backyard.. Allso i didnt post this for e-props, i bet meny here dont even care about graffiti(or understand about it much) on this section, i just wanted to share graffiti art like i like to share photo art

I would actually like to understand graffiti more; why do they do it? Just another form of art or are there other reasons? I think it's cool they made walls just for graffiti

How about you leave this section you fucking asshole if all you're going to comment on is the actual graffiti, and especially say something bad about it.
It's ART, there is no right, or wrong way. It's the artists eyes, they do what they want.

expecting more from you. We gave you a great welcome into our small community and now you make posts like this on long time posters and people we all really like? I'm disappointed. Just because we said your first posted
photos are great doesn't mean you have to become a egotistical snob to everybody else. You get what you give.


On another note, I really like the first portrait. It's great. The DoF is superb, and the detail in the eyes is spot on!

lol at all the haters. Yes, i will battle you if you want i love battling. You can pick the word, style (handstyle, throw, simple, piece, burner), and the due date just LMK. And as far as the no "right and wrong" way yes its true but graffiti is an art form built on tradition and rules. It makes sense that ur not from the USA, makes ur piece a little more acceptable in my eyes because euro graff styles are known to be a little less traditional.

man u dont have any idea what the graffiti culture is like. im just tryin to be honest and let the guy know that his style is slopped. I am glad this same sort of advice was given to me when i started writing. graff is all about gaining fame and respect of other wrtiers and for the most part it is very different from other art forms. it def has established rules and progression that you should learn. of course every artist devolps he he styles and techniques but there is a reason that all the kings will still say your straightletters are the most important building block you have. Graffiti is ALL about letter structure, with things like fills and such as a secondary factor that you use as a tool to aid ur letter structure. His piece is colorful and fairly well painted, but the letter structure is totally bunk and if u jack about graff u could see this, and im sure he knows it to. REAL advice, get a phonebook and fill every page with straight letters and evolve some real letter styles.

the good stuff
can control isnt horrible (yea its not amazing but good for after a 3 year break, even if u are using euro paint (belton?)
the fill looks nice

THERE, i gave some real constructive feedback


examples of things that dont work in that piece that i would try to improve on....
letter structure (the basic shape and form of the letters)
lose the little motion lines added onto the top in the forcefield color (they just distract and look toy)
highlights with drips? the idea behind highlights is to provide demention. highlights wit drips dont look right
the bubbles, until u can learn to make some good looking bubbles i would leave them out. IMO it would look better without the whole "sitting in a toxic pool theme"

graffiti, at least in the USA, is for a few reasons

personal expression
addrealine rush
but my favorite decription of motivation i have heard is "art as a weapon" as a tool to smash socially accepted norms, esp within the art world

Don't forget it's illegal!
And Paul has traced people's IP before for doing illegal stuff and sent the police to their door.
