It was a super bright day at my local Renaissance fair. With the owners permission I was able to capture this shot. He was one of two dogs dressed as flowers.

First one is a bit over exposed near the top, the joust is really cool, too bad the knight wasn't sharper.

2nd is fantastic.
Perfect motion blur with the correct shutter speed which kept the horse/knight in focus.
Great.

When I used a faster shutter speed I didn't quite get the effect I was looking for. Its something I try to get better at whenever I get the chance.

It was an immensely bright day. While the background is over exposed the dog is spot on. It was hard to get good shots that day. Yeah Its hard to cover the motion of a horse. Its up and down as well as forward.

They actualy had the bird fly and land just over our heads as we sat on the ground. I was unable to get a shot worth keeping. :(
