Well I finally found one of the cemetery in the city where I live but I kinda got there a lil bit too late and only had 10 minutes before they closed it for the day. Anyway here are a few pictures I managed to take and as always any kind of constructive criticism would be appreciated.

1. Though this little girl died a very long time ago it's still sad to look at and there were a lot of those kind of graves in that cemetery...

2. umm I kinda want to know which of the two pictures below of a statue of an angel I like the most or if they are any good at all so I kinda need YOUR help here.

(version #2)

3.

4. This one is almost funny.

5.

6. Do you see the spider? I actually tried to get a closer shot of it but by the time I finished taking this one I was literally COVERED with mosquitoes -.-

7. the moon

#3 Doesn't look over saturated to me... Its an older tombstone, probably very weathered... If anything it looks slightly desaturated to me... Meh, thats just what I see...

Most if not all of your subjects are dead center in your frame.

Oh! haha! I actually thought he meant the one of the rose and spider. I was probably tired when replying that post :( Anyway! #3 is actually a black and white photo so it's kinda impossible for it to be oversaturated or could it? :o

Well those were more like center in the frame portraits than landscapes or whatever but thanks for pointing out though :)

Imo the more "close up" one would have looked better if the wing was not cut off. So I'll say the first one you posted.

I've always wanted to get some photos of a cemetery; but I never made time to go there.

Btw the spider would have been awesome to get a pic of up close. :D Cool tho!

Yeah I guess you are right about the cut off wing. I actually wanted to take more pictures but didn't have much time. This cemetery is only like a block or two away from Petcetra and Toys R Us here in Regina and isn't very hard to find if you have a car.

haha I actually scared that spider once when I first tried to take a closer shot of it. It kinda crawled on the underside of the flower but it soon got back between the petals after I moved away a lil bit. I think I would need either a telephoto lens or a good macro lens to get a good close up shot of it :(
