Wow, the last one is amazing. Or both are, but I like the last one the most!
The arms are pointing at your head, it makes a good focus at the head.
I like your strobe work. What is used for the background?

You're black and white shot is really pro!!!
Maybe it's the shirt color that I don't like in the first one and the reflection on it........
But the second picture....

Wow! Your portrait shots are always amazing. What kind of lighting did you use for the first one?
Oh and I like that belt you wore in #2 it looks coool
