It rained all day yesterday, and since it was all over and drying when I got home from work, around 7 pm, I decided to do my own assignement of trying to shoot water drops....
Ok... end of day, raining day, humidity..... what do you think of???
Yes... those damn mosquitos....
They were all over I could hear them, see them, and FEEL them biting me

Everyone knows about my small Powershot...
There is no manual focus..
I love to work in macro function...

But.... the little green square measuring the distance for the focus doesn't always go where I want it to go, so i have to press gently the button several times before I get the focus where I want it to be.....
I have to be very still while doing that... but there are mosquitos all over me.....
Just this makes taking those little pictures a LOT of work!!!

impressive you can get that close with your camera, instead of getting photoshop get a new camera ? i think you'd enjoy it a lot more

Wow! The second one definitely look like a photo taken by a pro. Great colors, perfect lighting, nice background blur, sharp and so on. It also proves that you don't need an expensive dslr to take great pictures.

You know what, I was thinking the exact same thing earlier...
I think it will depend on my income tax return...
If have enough left after all the bills are paid, then you'll see me posting :What camera should I get!!!
But for now I think I'll just install GIMP and play with it a little...

When I feel ready for a pro software then I'll reconsider Photoshop...
