I just randomly saw those guys earlier this evening and luckily I had my camera with me and one of them seems to be less shy than the others who ran into those holes as soon as they saw me lol.

Okay, no offense now but you've seriously just been bumping every single thread with the same comments. Would either put some thought behind what you are saying or just leave this section? We don't like spam here.

Haha those are called gophers - they're all over the place here. I was riding around on my bike once and about 20 of them scurried back into their little holes and a couple of them stood on their hind legs and looked at me, haha.

Oh yeah! I remember people calling them gophers here too but are gophers prairie dogs or are they just gophers? lol
Anyway. hahaha yeah they used to ran into those holes as soon as they saw me but I guess I ran into a few curious ones yesterday I do see a lot of holes in the grass here and there in the downtown area so I could only imagine how many of those guys must be outside the city lol.
