Yay, I've started painting again after 2 years. I guess it can be somewhat related to Photography, since I'm taking a photo of my art ^_^ And most of my art is inspired by my own or others photography.
Anyways, here's the first thing I've painted/drawn in 2 years now...[/B]


I'll post more here, gonna do another tonight, but not abstract...

This one done with only a Palette knife. (And all mixing and applying done directly on the paper.)

i really love mix media art, putting together different styles and techniques.

you could take photos and use them as part of your paintings.

Yeah, I sorta just go with whatever happens on the paper, and hope it turns out. Can't have any mistakes that way! ^_^


I wanna try new techniques each time, what do you mean use them as part of a painting? As in, put the images on the painting? Or paint the photo. (I am actually quite bad a painting actual things or stuff, but I find abstract, being free to do
whatever a lot of fun, and quite relaxing!)



Any suggestions? I saw gold leaves the other day, and though about those. And also some different textures etc. ^_^
