Right now im useing a Kodak EasyShare C533.. But i'd love to be able to use my Fuji camera.. Currently when ever i turn it on it says " Focus Error " across the screen. i can review pictures taken but it wont take any new one's... can anyone help me with this?

There is no immediate repair for this, I'd contact Fuji or have a specialist look at your camera.

I've lost two p&s this way and I can ensure you there's a very slim chance that you are gonna get it fixed x3 (Not to sound like a pessimist or anything). What happens is that a grain of sand or other small object gets lodged between the retractable lens and the body causing it to not have the ability to fully expand upon turning on. If this isn't the case than it's simply that the camera in question has worn itself down from multiple retractions/expansions. It sucks, but than again p&s lenses are rather flimsy. If I were you I'd try google for possible solutions and if all else fails try seeing if you can see anything lodged. If you're lucky and you can than a can of compressed air will usually do the trick <3 Good luck man :)

I figured this at first so i took the camera apart to parade rest. Cleaned it out. put it back to gether.. so most likly it's the wear down. >< Thanks all for your help..
