first of all no i didn't photo shop it its directly off the camera and second of all the cat was born that way.

hmm does your cat have genetic abnormalities? I have heard that certain breeds of cat have higher chance to be born deaf or with other kind of defects probably because of inbreed -.-

White cats with blue eyes have a high % of being deaf.
I have a white female with bot eyes blue and she can't hear a thing...
