So I got a new lens

I like the colours in this one

Now a few non-flower pictures:

Might have over-prossesed this one

"Guitar Hero" controller:

And my little doggy he loves to eat grass!

My next piece of equipment will either be a good flash, or a 85mm f/1.8. I want a fast prime that will be able to take portraits and maybe pictures of basketball from the sidelines - is 85 too short/long for that?

any suggestions on which one should be my next purchase?

Wow! Those are some amazing shots! especially the first one. How on earth did you manage to take that one? I mean dandelions are usually very low on the ground and you would have dig a hole to place your camera into to take that picture lol. That portrait of your tiny fuzzy dog looks funny no offense to your dog but it kinda looks like a cat when it's eating grass xD. I have heard some good things about that Sigma lens even though I have also heard that there are some "duds" out there just like most other Sigma lenses but yours seems to be excellent
