white balance is off, that bright light blue light really bothers me and combined with wrong wb, it makes the guy look like hes not in the space holding the earth at all. Allso too much room in top of the pic, but this has potential and idea is good

Pretty cool idea you got there.

I would turn this into a low key exercise.

Just place highlights over the front of the face, down the forearm and a glisten on the eyes. Light the globe the same way and pull back the light to the right.

the elbow is a bit smudgy though.

I like it very much. But like the other said the white balance it quite off. But the idea is great and I think you should reshoot it.

how would there be a TV in front of him with stars over his head?
For one, the TV would have to be outside, in a place far from any city to be able to see that many stars

That big orange random glow, doesn't add to the WB being off

Made the Earth model in Cinema 4D
Edited and made the background in Photoshop
