It's a midget lilac, they bloom a little later than the regular lilac...
And no, I do not have an account on either, was planning on it, but not sure which one or if I can use both.....

i was all ready to shot my flowers in my yard but some how they got trampled

it was a nice setup of tigerlilys and tulips.

Whaaaaaat? They got trampled? Yikes!

All this flower picture taking makes me want to go out to my moms place and take some shots! *noted for next time*

Hmmm... not sure it will be possible for the sunset part, cause those were at my parents' house and I was only there for an hour over lunch time....
But I'll try to see next week if I can do some shooting at home during the sunset.... and not be eaten alive by a horde of mosquitos

Well I suggested shooting those flowers during sunset because of the very different color of light and maybe you could even get some fancier looking background blur as well.
