that picture i do not know the specifications
just small enough to fit into craigslist if you know?

thank you i will pay 5 fg i guess since no one wants
to help anyone out these days anymore

Hi. You can use:

FastStone Photo Resizer
Irfanview
Paint
CS 3
Pixia
Express Thumbnail Creator
ACDSee Pro Photo Manager
Power Tools from Microsoft. (Only XP)

I prefer Irfanview.

if u ever want to resize another pic... go to tinypic.com... make an account (takes 5 minutes) and upload pics, you can edit in many ways there... very simple i love it. thats how i edited my pic on the right of my sig with goku

or download Gimp - for free - and do whatever you want with you pics. Including resize.
