Hey guys!!!
Ugh, do cameras Noise levels get worse over time? I've began to notice the Noise @ ISO800, and I hate it.
I don't recall ever having this problem before.

Perhaps it's because of the 50mm and the Fstop I have been using.

Nice picture quality but the fork head sticking upwards just disturbs me :(

I guess it creates an interesting shadow, though... but it's kinda annoying lol

no, and f-number or focal lenght has nothing to do with noise. When the pic has poor light it makes more noise. Test in real dark and with flash, youll see huge difference with 800 iso

Hhmm, I was talking to a guy named Dirk Ruge last night about this. (He's a huge wildlife photographer in Denver) And he said higher Fstops cam sometimes cause more noise.

only if using auto settings and camera will use higher iso to get same amount of light captured, so it will be more noisy or then pic will be bit underexposed and that will add noise too. Noise comes from sensor, not from lens, so its physically impossible to get more noise just from aperture
