I think the 1st one is ok, definitely could be better with a better camera (Eg. image quality)
Also, you cut off the top of the cross on the first building.

There is no rule of thirds, nothing that captures attention and draws people in, and no focal point.
If i was new to the photography forum i wouldn't want to be talked to like that, especially if i didn't know to scale down pictures when posting here.
Use Ctrl+- to zoom out.
Anyway, #1 I agree with what others have said.
#2 If i needed a picture for a job, like to show someone what had happened then this picture would be good, because it shows well all parts of the debris. But if i wanted a picture to show to my friends and family i would have maybe found a subject (the main aspect of the picture) and captured that instead to get people interested.
