I think you have tried not to place the object in the middle of the photo, an d like Chantal said try a different angle to get a nice bokeh or something. :)

Yep I agree a boring angle. The camera should have been placed higher or lower, and the subject (you) not placed directly in the middle

yeah she did, but she's not that proffesional with a camera yet :P she just got her own camera xD
