I've looked around and there is quite a few different ways of saying it.
A couple of examples:

Boke, as in Broke, without the 'r'
Bo-kay, as in Bow-tie and kay as in okay.

So how do YOU say it, or how should it be said properly?

Thanx!

It can be pronounced /ˈboŠke/ or /ˈboŠkÉ™/ (boke-aay[3] or boke-uh).

Lol.
Bokeh means Blur.
Bokeh is a photographic term meaning "Blur" that originated in Japan.
An example of Bokeh:

(Not mine)
The blurred background blur creates "circles" as you can see above ^_^

You can even make a small piece of paper with a shaped cut in the middle to control the bokeh!

(Heart cut gives heart bokeh!) (Not by me, again)

if there was a 'how to pronounce words' sub-forum, I would have posted it there :P

but as the post above says, Bokeh is what happens when you take a photo with a wide aperture and the areas not in focus become blurred.
I just found it interesting how different people say the word, but as I've found out there is not a definite way of saying it!
