The last one would have been very nice if the guiding lines of the fence focused my eyes to something that you wanted to stand out.
Otherwise, its just a picture of a fence like thing in black and white :/

I like the DOF in your pictures :) especially the last one. The last is my fav out of them, it draws my eye to the center of the picture and so my eye tends to stay in the frame longer than a normal picture.

what camera do you have?

Greyscale seems to be lacking in the extremities, which is probably just from a shitty sensor.

Otherwise read photography books and work on your composition, it sucks at the moment.

Wow man, how were your first pictures? These are not so bad at all actually. I think you made a pretty good start. :)

My first photos were pretty shit, something I can clearly see when I look back on them, thankfully people told me so, and I improved.

Dof is great, you sure know how to use that for your first photos :)
But like said before, the composition could use some work.
Not bad for your first though, better than some peoples first!

Just look up some stuff on rule of thirds etc. and you'll notice the improvement ^_^
