Bike riding adventures. I really enjoyed this bike ride for some reason; I look back on it and think to myself; it really means a lot.

1. My friend's bike

2. A Huge tree we came across, has some meaning

3. Old 7-up bottle we found, laying by this same tree (I might go back there in the summer and take a photo of the tree)

4. No dumping sign + some background flat lands of Canada

5. Some newer houses that were built maybe 5 or less years ago

6. No dumping sign, again

Thanks biggrin.gif

They are from the outside of the city I live in, not too far away from my house. If this is what you meant! tongue.gif

I have a polarizer, but I don't think I had it or used it when I took these photos (silly me...) And I want to get one for my 77mm but they are expensive! ohmy.gif

Those are some awesome pictures even though I am sure it would look even better if you went bike riding during the sunset. The landscape here kinda reminds me of where I used to live but the bad thing is that I am living in the downtown area lol.

Well if I haven't told you already. Don's photo is going to have a huge sale later in April or May on almost everything in their store so maybe you will find a good polarizer at a reasonable price.

Very possible. I think I want to spend a lot of money on this polorizer, since I have a very good quality lens to go with it; I don't want a crappy filter on a quality lens. ohmy.gif And this might cost more than 200 dollars for me.

Yeah that's what I have heard too. It's pretty much like having a good lens to go with a camera. If the front end is crappy the rest would be crappy too. So are you going to get one of those extra thin B&W filters? hmm I wonder if it would be wise to put something in front of that filter to protect it course you don't want to damage or scratch a 200 dollar filter.

Yeah, I think I'll get a thin one. I'll do more research when I have the actual $$ to spend.

lol yeah. Well I am still waiting on my tax money and I do hope to save some money before that huge sale so I will be able to get that Sigma lens of yours and a good filter.
I think finding a review on filter is almost impossible because there are so many filters out there and nobody seem to bother to post a review on those. Maybe you could make a topic in thephotoforum.com and ask...

btw Gz on the 10k:th post biggrin.gif and I do hope you won't stop posting for awhile just to keep that awesome post count like some of the members in this site lol.

oh and I kinda forgot to say that picture you took of that No dumping sign I actually read "No pimping" at first laugh.gif I guess nobody really bothered to replace that old worn sign.
