I took this today when i was in down town. Some romanian bums have started coming to helsinki since last summer, before that i dont think i had never seen enyone begging on the streets before, today i saw atleast 5 of these romanians begging.

We also have a lot of these people at my place.

I really really like it!

thats a good photo...i dont liek the idea of making fun of homeless but the actual photo is nice

I do not think she is making fun of them. She takes photos of what she is seeing.

i'd agree and possibly highlighting the problems in society that cause people to live in such situations which can make people do things about the problems

Hey! I was just making fun of those Asian guys and the bum sleeping in the cemetery lol. Well I guess I should have made two different topics one with funny looking bums and one that I really feel sorry for but oh well lol.

EDIT: I remember seeing those east European beggars in the subway in Stockholm and I kinda feel sorry for them because all they get is angry and sarcastic comments from the Swedes but I guess they have themselves to blame because why on earth would they travel all the way to another country just to beg for money because there are jobs out there even though they may would have to get some crappy jobs like working as janitors but a job is a job.

Prblem is that for example in romania they dont have jobs for everybody, even little boys need to get into prostitution there to get some money(sometimes theyr parents make them do that because there is just simply no other options for them). Begging in romania is pretty useless because there are so meny poor people there, begging from other beggars is pretty useless..
