I got kinda bored earlier before I had to go to work and was watching Family guy while eating cereal so I got the stupid idea of taking a picture through that tiny hole lol

This picture was taken earlier when I got off my shift and was on my way home and I saw this nice moon in the sky between those two buildings so I thought I'd just take a pic of it. I knew the moon itself would get overexposed because it's much brighter but is there a way to take a picture of the whole thing with both the buildings and the moon properly exposed? or do I have to create a composite photo made of one photo with the buildings properly exposed and one clear pic of the moon?

Yea u kinda need to make it from 2 pics if u want to get the moon properly exposed, or then have just the right lights on the ground. U could make the moon bit bigger if u take it from other pic wink.gif . I suggest you use the burst mode and exposure bracketting, that way you wont need a tripod

hmm lol I have heard of exposure bracketting before but I have no idea what it is and how you do that but I guess I'll search for it online biggrin.gif
I just really like the way the moon looked like with my own eyes it's like you see all the details of the moon surface plus the effect it made on the surrounding clouds.
lol It's a shame that you can't use your own eyes as a lens when taking pictures of stuff course sometimes it's much much more superior than any lenses out there biggrin.gif

haha I see there are a lot of Family Guy fans in here wink.gif
