got myself a Canon Eos 450D a few days ago - so here we go, my first experiment:

I love them!
But I think the last one is best. Focus!.
I love the light from the candles, and the shadows from them!

I think they are good shots if you only got the camera for some few days.

well...I must admit it took me about 50 shots to get those ones

Yup! When you have alarger picture it counts.

hm... I almost forgot I used ISO 1600 ^^

Nice pics and different too. Is the heart shaped thingy a tiny umbrella? lol You seem to have some small but nifty stuff there
hmm did you post process those photos in photoshop? because I thought the noise would be very noticeable at ISO 1600
